what is the ten year guarantee?

While we truly believe our products will stand the test of time, we acknowledge that issues can arise. For the first ten years we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. After ten years have passed we will fix your product at a minimal cost to you.

what is the return policy?

There is a 30 day return policy on all of our products, except for monogrammed and other custom work. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging to receive a refund. You can also request an exchange of your item. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, whether you are asking for a refund or an exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will pay for standard shipping on the new item. You will be responsible for paying any difference between the returned item and the new item, or will we will refund you the difference if the cost of the new item is less than the returned item.

Standard shipping is free with all products. You will pay extra for expedited shipping. You will be able to choose a method of expedited at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We will ship internationally, however our free standard shipping does not apply, and you must pay for any and all fees associated with international shipping.
